RMG Acquires Lurch Music including catalog featuring Burch Ray.

RMG is proud to be the new home of the Lurch Music catalog featuring many hits performed by Burch Ray whom was recently inducted into the South Dakota Hall of Fame. Ray’s career included performances alongside artists such as Buddy Holly and the Crickets, Chubby Checker, Dickey Lee, Buddy Knox, a tour with The Angels and some shows with The Everly Brothers and The Beach Boys. Ray also became notable for his bagpipe performances which gained him acclaim through many well-known Scottish and Irish performances. read more

“Morse Code of Love” Licensed For New Documentary

The song “Morse Code of Love” (performed by The Capris) has been secured by the production team behind the Australian documentary entitled “Keeping It Alive” which celebrates the life and passion of a small group of elderly Australian ex-telegraphists and morse code operators (aged in their 80’s) who are dedicated to preserving the history of morse code and educating the current generation about its impact and importance.

We’re very excited about this placement and will be looking forward to viewing the documentary in the coming months. read more

The Jaynett’s Featured In New Film

A film entitled A New Year is currently in production with direction by Mike Sheptock which features one of RMG’s beloved titles “There Is No Love At All” performed by the Jaynett’s.

The film should be released in late 2017 so please keep an eye out.

John Stea Receives Honor From US Government

John Stea, a singer/songwriter living in Texas has received The Meritorious Service Medal (Second Oak Leaf Cluster) for his outstanding achievements and contributions within the field of Aerospace Medicine.

RMG Acquires Catalog From Famed Irish Group ‘Them’

We are extremely excited to have completed an acquisition of new material which includes many titles from famed Northern Irish band ‘Them’.  The group is credited as being the launching point for singer Van Morrison’s career and is known as one of the early groups to gain popularity during the “British Invasion.”
